Wetherheads Advertising Group Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading advertising agencies has been appointed as the marketing communications agency for Linkage Assurance Plc. Wetherheads, whose appointment takes effect from April 2021 emerged as a result of its performance in a competitive pitch process that involved other leading advertising agencies.

The insurance company began the search for a marketing communications agency after meeting a significant part of the statutory requirements of the NAICOM mandatory recapitalization exercise for all insurance companies. Subsequently, Wetherheads was given the mandate to commence the strategic repositioning and rebranding exercise for Linkage Assurance Plc.
