Adenike Iderawumi is a graduate of University of Ibadan with over 30 years post-qualification experience. She is the Executive Director for Human Capital Development in Wetherheads Advertising Group. Her duties include developing human resources and personnel plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work towards the strategic direction of the organization and ensuring that the operation of the organization meets the expectations of its clients, Board, employees and other stakeholders. She has worked with Lagos State Polytechnic, Kustom Fit in various capacities. In the course of her career, she has also attended various training such as the Executive Professional Training organized by APCON in 2011, Media Enterprise Training organized by Pan-African University in 2010, as well as Extra-Ordinary Outdoor Communications Solutions Training. She is an associate member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON) and Institute of Directors (IOD)
